here is lock how to unlock it now?

so there is no solution for my phone? if i flash it with file from support can i do it?

Friend! Is better use all times Last Version.
Go to Support and Download version 11.3
Samsung mode method (2in1 cable):
1. Power on phone.
2. Connect 2in1 cable, setup drivers.
3. Choise port of RJ45 connector in port settings
4. Choise unlock method: Read codes or Direct.
5. Press Unlock SP button.

with last version i have the same results. in fact i use many version without success!

Last Solution is Flash phone and try Unlock.
