4 Days No Codes??? - GSM-Forum

I have 4 unlock code requests pending for 4 days (3 UK - T-Mobile and 1 USA - T-Mobile), but service states 24-72 hours. Posted support ticket yesterday and no response. Any help please?

No sorry, you misunderstood - I meant 3 of them are UK - T-Mobile

All codes will be delivered on time sir, this delay is becuase weekend and weekend not count in turnaround time. So you will have your codes on time specified.

My apologies, I did not realise that weekend was not counted

You have stated above that I will have codes on time specified, yet it has now been much longer than 72 hours (NOT including weekend) and I have received only one of the four previously mentioned codes. The other three are still showing 'Pending' yet all four were requested on 12th June?

I have talked with the supplier and most probably your code will be deliver within 24 hours any time. Sorry for this little delay.
