**A747 phone freezed porblem**

hello..can any body help me in my a747...i have receive the code from gsm father online...but when i put not accepted sim...it say phone freezed.....any idea how to enter codes or fix this?tia

You had ordered this code with Cingular At&T USA service, unfortunately they only provide network unlock code. If you have "phone Freezed" phone than you must order unlock code from Samsung by imei service, where you get 2 codes, One for Network unlock and other for Unfreezing the phone. Its always best to check phone by putting non accepted sim before ordering unlock code. Solution at the moment is to order an unlock code from samsung by imei service only.

Try This
Enter "unlock code2" WITH simcard inside the phone when
"Phone Freeze" warning is displayed
(no entered digits will be displayed). and Press Oki.

Unlock code 2 comes for unfreezing the phone, if you order unlock code from "any samsung by imei" service you get 2 codes. You order unlock code from Cingular AT&T service which only provide Network unlock code, not the code for unfreezing the phone, Thats why i suggest you to check samsung phones before ordering an unlock code. And im not sure that unlock code 2 from samsung service will be able to unfreeze the phone, as it is not tested with A747 Before. I will give unlock code 1 and unlock code 2 from samsung service for testing this phone for half the credits. You have to order an unlock code from "any samsung by imei" service and later ill refund your half credit.
