I faced the same problem the third time .. I paid , the webshop said "thank you for payment" but my account doesn't have the credits. I wrote email to the support every time , and 1-2 days after i got the credits - but why doesn't automatic this payment method ? If i would like to unlock a phone or buy a service i need it immediately .. not some days later ...

It is done already . As i said : i wrote email to the support . But my question is : why need i writ every time when i buy credits ? Why doesn't work it automatically, as on other sites?

I have problem with my account on gsmfather... it have been almos a week and i havent recieved the money i have payed... my friend have confirmed that the money was discount from the bank account so.. gsmfather already received it.... but still i am 0 credits...
