I tried to unlock a HTC phone Hera 110 but the logs return to my account now I tried to unlock a Motorola U9 but the same problem the logs returned to my account, what's wrong? if I unlocked succesfully 2 pieces of U9, E8,Z6,etc

If Your Moto IMEI Unavailable Its Mean There Is No Code For Your Phone In Database. For Which Operator U Send Request ?
