i have a question about this.how do we calculate for instance.i have here a customer who brought a phone for repair/rpl calculation.the problem is he only bought this as board and he dont have the original imei of the phone.how do we do this phone?since we dont have the original imei and we dont have the back housing with the original imei since he only bought this as board plus the unit is 123456.hope to hear from you....

In This Case You May Put Any Fake Name In IMEI. But It Must Be IMEI Not 12345.ask Or 6300.ask.

ok thanks.so you mean to say after my customer creates the ask file which is 123456.ask we could just rename it to any serial combination then send it for calculation?thanks
