Hi,
are you sure what are you saying ??
Two paiment for same imei ?
Ok for paying once although code is wrong, I can accept that now, but paying 2 times is not acceptable.

First I sent imei for orange, I recieved wrong code, I asked for a verification. Then customer came and said me it's bouygues not orange, so I sent same imei for bouygues. Finally I paid for two codes and the customer took its phone and went away.

The first code is wrong because I sent imei for orange and in fact the phone was bouygues (I'm fautly here). I tried to enter code 3 times (customer 2 times). In same time I sent same imei for bouygues hopping that I will recieve it quickly and customer wasn't able to wait and went away. So the second code is probably correct but useless now for this two reasons (customer go back and phone permanently locked)

@ibn'arabi

next time make sure you backup pm and read the phone of how many times lock code entered with jaf or mt

than you will not have such problems ,, and also make sure customer sign some document not to take phone if codes delayed
