your service is 2-6days, but already 9days, everyday talk with your support also say tomorrow, i don't want to wait any more with this type of bad service.

no reply doesn't matter, just refund, i have submitted to paypal for refund.

if you unable to reply, please stop server ordering. you just know how to collect money first.
