| What is taking so long? Either somebody reply or return credit to account. I don't know why you get your attention in receiving money really fast and not providing service on time as advertised. A simple reply would do. If you cannot do brute force on time, just reject order or ask if we want to wait a little longer. You guys are getting on everybody's nerves. You all know that's not the way to do business. You just can't live up to your committments! Very irritating talking to the wall! |

| Ok, I got the code 4 days after purchase, thank you very much. Now are you going to credit my account in the amount of $3.15? My order, if I'm not mistaken, fell under the 24-48 hr. service which is $11.01 and not 1-18 hrs ($14.16) as stated in your website. If I were you, I would remove the 1-18hr service for now to avoid future problems with your customers. thanks again..... |
