Credits taken but RPL not valid - GSM-Forum

Please if you can check the credits for RPL are taken but my rpl is on "avalible RPL" page but when I download it its same some my ASK file on that page the rpl is shown like pending RPL.

Downloaded many times but same thing my friend.Can you send to recalculate again.Please give me the info because customer is waiting more than 10 days.

There Is No Refund For Your Phone. RPL Is 100% Ok Your Phone Must Be SL3.
