GSMfather cannot understand instructions - GSM-Forum

Hi guys, after waiting a week for 2 (1-48 hr) unlocks to be rejected

When I asked why they were rejected, the only reply I received was:

'place in the iphone service not the generic code'

I do not understand what this means. I choose the optus australia unlock then place in IMEIs.

If anyone can let me know what this means as Id rather not wait another 2 days for a disjointed reply from the site's support

I had previously chosen Factory unlock - All from the drop down menu.. I have tried again using the Factory unlock - iphone from the drop down..

hopefully this works
