I want to make my first order in your website but i put the log file, etc but i always have the error "x field soulnd not blank" any help?

I send a email 3 days ago and can't talk in the chat..

Due to christmas there is overload in sl3 server. and this is everywhere

other boxes tools etc are taking 5 days
