16 March 2009 i have submited one imei for unlock one HTC, i have received the WRONG code past some hours, i have created a support ticket nro 875 in day 17 march reporting this situation,with any answer from support, in day 24 march i created one other support ticket nrº 895 reporting again this with NO answer, in day 31 march because my client is ****ing my head i was ´´forced´´ to buy 1 LOG HTC UNLOCK FAST METHOD, in 1 april i received the ´´log´´, i have unlocked the PDA and return to the client, curious in 2 april i receive the answer from support : ´´Send Video Proof To [email protected]´´ , Dear gsmfather team, now is to late to create the video because PDA is returned to the client , but you know very well i am telling the true because you could check the imei i have asked the code for the first time in day 16 march is the same imei used for the LOG in 31 march.

This is the second time (and o think the last) i received wrong code for HTC.

My question now is : you refound my credits for non correct code or what are you going to do ?

Gsmfather they a re trustable, eventhough am demanding my 2pkeys for replacment 2 month now.

I have buyed some codes to gsmfather without problems ,but when they give a wrong info (code) they don´t try solve the problem, or in minimum.....give an answer to the client.

some time delay can be happen and this not mean we are cheater. we trust your word that you buy logs for same imei. there is some problem with support ticket script so we are not able to read all messages, always ask to [email protected] for faster reply. give me your imei ill refund your credit.

Your problem solved and credits refunded. but we always need a proof if code is wrong to refund credits.
