The voda Uk was done by the-phone shop. cause you took long I had to try somewhere else. I have tried to cancell that order but not reply.

Ok I see payment confirmation almost 2 months now but its ok. Please can you cancel that order cause phone is done already. Please can you refund credit now I want to place another order if you would do it urgently.

dear Sir we have jobs and credits goes in and out , we will not remember when you actually put credits back to our account as you said it already being refunded

i think it would be nice if you make sections in your web that says when actually you have refunded the credits with time, date and credits amount added, so we can see before refund is xx credits and after refunds is yy credits, i my self would prefer email notifications also

just like when we add credits or buy credits, you make notifications via email that it is already added fund and how much credits is stated

if only have 1 job to process and 0 credits left in our account we surely will notice that you put back credits inside our accounts, but if the credits amounts are always changed, we sometimes lost track and cannot check when you gave refunds

hopefully you are not offended by my opinions, i think it is for both our best so you will not being asked by so many ppl here where is refund? when is refund actually happen? because you are so busy and maybe not able to reply each one of us here
