the phone it nokia x3-02 please i put unsupported sim card and it ask to enter restriction code but code error appears

you mean to flash with other firmware? and how to i change counter reset?

the problem is with you dont flash you phone or dont try to reset counter too it is just easy

what you have done wrong is that best only send 15 code

so power up your phone with out sim #pw+87153524586615597197+1#

and you will get your phone unlocked
