Hi
I managed to enter unlock code in V9 using this process:

Put non original Sim card and power on
When phone freeze in logo put c073887*
If asked for security code put 000000
Then you put nck!

I also have those problems and i solve doing these:

Initial Setup -> Master Reset (000000)
Initial Setup -> Master Clear (000000)
Insert a locked card ->C073887*
Now the nck menu is showed...

1 - Insert SIM card in your Mobile Accepted
2 - Let the "*" key while dialing code 787090
3 - The mobile displays: "Dever. Niv. Network"
4 - Choose "yes" with the directional button and press the OK button
5 - The mobile ask you then password, then enter the release.

insert incorrect simcard without code

wait for MOTO LOGO

When phone freeze in logo put c073887*
If asked for security code put 000000
Then you put nck!

first thing! if its freeze i mean only moto logo,
then need to put this code(c073887)
ya bib question whats (C) its on ur right side down its called cancel button, got it so press cancel button (C)then(0)then(7)then(3)then(8)then(8)then(7)..... ......then u will find ur screen a diffrent colour it will show security code u need to put 000000(six zero)if it dosent works then use eny software as mss or smart clip read info n get code (now dont ask me what is mss or smart clip)after putting security code u will get new page in ur screen that will be enter subsidy code then u just put ur 16 diget code n im sure it will unlock, be happy bro

V9 stuck on logo with non accepted sim card== done
just insert a non acceted sim that will stuck on logo
then press one time the ''c'' (back button)
then press ''073887*''
it will appear 2 menu and the last one is for nck, select the nck tab and a box will appear
then simply enter ur unlock code and smile

this is the right procedure
To insert code on V9 which seems frozen do this:
When the phone starts to freeze at the SIM acknowledgment type C 073887*
This opens up the secret menu to enter NCK .
