try to factory defaut by cable usb and enter only this number 25126467 for special code dialog

for motorola v9 with freezing on start up logo

When the phone starts to freeze at the sim acknowledgement

type C 073887*(typpe c cancel buton)


then u will bee asked for securite code (it's generly 00000000 if not reset the phone whith any tool)

then u will see the secret menu go to unlock usim put the code and voila!

Dear mate,

For V9 after entering reset code, i get Programming menu and inside i see Browser set up. And here i see two options, select and back.
When i click select, it does not react.

how to get unlock usim option , please
