Yes Those phones can be unlock by imei, Any Sony Ericsson model locked to below operators can be unlock. And any samsung model locked to any operator can be unlock by imei.

Yes we can get unlock code for this. It take 9 credits and can be unlocked with Rogers code.
Turnaround time for codes is 24-48 Hours
