at 5 nov 2008 I got code from ur team ( 5310 )but the phone still lock.I had email with pic but ur team didn't respond my email.at first moment I use ur log didn't get trouble,but at this case when got wrong code ur team not responsiblity.I'm ur customer,until now my credit didn't refund.

mine as well, the rpl service got cancel million times, on Nov. however, one time never got refunded.
and i did PM to them three times no reply since then.
