HTC EXCA 100 Code Request - GSM-Forum

I have requested for a code of this unit last december 08 but still now there is no code received. What happen to GSMFather? coz I have used this for a quite awhile it is fast but now its delay and sometimes no code...please avice? The imei is 351553017928014. Thanks!
