i want refund for cruiser supreme credit

i search the forum checking that cruiser can do the unlock for my f305 and need credit so i bought the credit from you but after received the credit and tried to unlock my phone it always said unknown server problem and i used D-unlocker, there are lots of member in the forum had the same problem as mine and asking for refund and was successfully refunded, i hope you can refund my credit to my account and thanks in advance.
