Why are your policies regarding activation not clearly posted on your website?

People pay money in good faith and there not getting a service in an expedient fashion

I already do business with your competitors and they provide 100% good service

Also the anomalies with your Paypal account not accepting funds mean that your not following Paypals policy.

Please activate my account or refund it.

if we supspect the payment than we hold it for 2-3 days than we either refund it or make an account. it would have better if you have provided your payment details or just paypal account holder name, so we can check create account or refund.
