i made an order of octopus box samsung activation on saturday and deal was box will be activated in 30 min times b4 i placed the order and now today is monday my box has not been activated,i have sent uncountable emails to support no reply and the most painful part of its all is who when ever i have a problem and start typing on sonork no 1 will ever mind eve when they are online,please i just want to know if its no possible for the activation u refund me so that i buy elsewhere...my

Its amazing how things are going on here,how can i pay for service and beg for its to be done,so sonork ,yahoo and stuff whats nobody is there,if western union i wanted to send imediatly i start typing i will get somebody to take the details,please who ever is resposible for that section needs to backup cause this treatment is uncallful

ok i dont know why we should be saying things b4 our job is done am not good in doing this but in short its night in my country so in the next 12 hours which will be morning and if my box not activate then u cancel my job so that i buy from people who will apreciate me no matter how small my money is.......

Gsmfather i tought i could trust u!

so its almost a week since i bought activation for my octopus samsung acitivation which was suppose to be done in 30 min and recently support said they will look into the problem n solve,so how many years am i going to wait for a single activation,honestly return my credts i just need to advice myself never to repeat such a mistake again
