i used only motorola unlock em330 & purchase order of bootloader for smartclip loging accout

how to active gsmfather account .when i try to login that time error appear your account is not active how to active plz help me
My gsmfather id is 1_2_3_4 plz active my accounta
all time message appear "Your Account is not active."
