Please help me with the following imei since is the second time that i submit this imei. First time after 13 days you told me to resubmit. Now already 7 days and phone still locked.

already 11 days and still not unlocked . as i told you after 13 days you told me to resubmit under blocked and it will be faster and now 11 days (3-7) and not done. you can imagine that for us is impossible to say to our customers that after nearly 1 month phone not done and we don't know when. and the bigger surprise will be if phone cannot be unlocked.hope will be unlocked soon and i understand that you are busy but our customers have some borders for understanding.

Thanks For Being Patient. There Is Some Delay In O2 Blocked Service. We Are Trying Our Best To Unlock All Pending IMEIs.
