iPhone 4S AT&T Done by server but still locked! - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I sent an iPhone 4S AT&T for unlock, it's done by the server but the phone still locked even after verification!!

When I check the carrier it says it's locked also! so i want to understand why it's marked unlocked!!!
