If the job is not done, how you do refund?? thru paypal or credits back to account??


Dear product supporters

i have a small question here, if we submitted jobs and was cancelled because service not working, not found, or blocked, how did you do refund usually, you pay us back thru paypal, or add the credits back to our accounts? do you give notifications for refunds made?

please do clarify this questions, because i have seen many customers yelling here in this forum asking for refunds that you didn't make or even answer their questions, this is going to be bad to your business, because new customers will be scared to do business with you.

i have been with you for a long time since 2008, and may i suggest, please gave us customers, notifications for refunds you did, like when you updated our account balance, you also gave notifications...

because before, usually i have to email to support to get refund, and it will appear on my order history section, and says it was refunded

please accept my apology, i just want to say that i never checked or take notes of my credits balance before and after i submitted jobs, so i kind of confuse how to make sure i had already receive refunds from you, i'm not saying that you've not refunding me yet.... just after seeing all people here asking for refunds you did not make, i got scared a little bit, LOL

and as i suggest, maybe it is good to have refunds notifications send to us as confirmation with credits updated info also.

When Order Rejected Credits Auto Refunded In Your Account Which Used For That Order.

as you can see in my post i have to email a couple of times to get refunds back, and i don't get any notifications that how much and when such credits have been add again to my account, and i can't see refunds section on order history also

can you make sections in order history that says refunds order so we (customers) can check and know if already refunded or not so we don't have to send email again to notify support...
