hi,
the above orders have still not worked still get msg the sim card in this phone is not supported, have tried from restore and runing latest version of itunes.
please advise asap as customer waiting, one has left and demanded money back so i am now down the £45

can anyone recommend me a better service as GSMFATHER seems to be very hit and miss at present, maybe they are too busy

I have had to refund customer for the first job and he took handset back as explained above, youbwill need to refund this job,

The second one I have here for a day or two so if it is completed by then that's ok.

When did server go down as these jobs are over 15 days old and you still took orders ?

server was down 11 date and back 16 date

before 11 date were normal and all imies were done on time

Please can you refund first job and check the second job
And either resubmit or refund

yours talking about this imei ?

we recheck it if its locked or unlocked .if its locked we refund you

if its unlocked before 9-10 days then we cannot refund .

Checked again, still not working, please refund both jobs this is beyond a joke these jobs have been chased multiple times and you have ignored these when first reported 15 days ago
