I have received an email of a customer after sending them their LG Viewty unlock code but when she select's network lock in the unlocking proceedure the phone displays 'not allowed'.

Has she used all the 10 tries or does it mean something else on a viewty.

Before That you Must Conferm first your client what method she used or how many times tried.
