i request 4 nokia bb5 orange uk yesterday .
and today i have this message for 4 phones ''Your unlocking code is unavailable''

i have the right imei number and is not barred !
what is the problem ?

please help i have 6 more to do on orange .

It is becuase Nokia BB5 worldwide service is stopped now.

Maybe you selected wrong operator or no code in database for your imei.
