lost credits - GSM-Forum

dear gsmfather team,

i lost credits in my account, from the very start i had 50 credits,

then i bought ub box credits worth 22 credits

then i bought cruiser supreme credits worth 13 credits

now my account has 0 credits left

please check my account for proper accounting of my credits,i must have 15 credits left.thanks in advance.

Gsmfather system is 100% accurate and no one ever lose a single credit.

something might be wrong here,maybe somebody hacked your system?

i'm just curious,i even didn't have the phone you described for that rpl.

can you trace what ip number who used that service?

anyway, i hope you could check,to protect other customers of yours.

it is not possible to hack our system. if someone than why they will use it for a rpl?? someone who knows your password might used it.
