were here supporters to help our customer, we will send your video
on our supplier, then if they give refund ,we will refund to your account.

But i dnt think so the supplier will agree,coz i see on your video your phone is "0" attempt

no news. .we send them yours video but they not refund it .you have 0 attempt left and in video you not shows to enter code.

you need to find some cable direct solution to search for counter reset solution
