Moto V9 "unavailable log" - GSM-Forum

hi,

i submitted last dec. 17 1 imei for Moto v9 operator locked to Cingular AT&T the next day dec. 18 i received the "unavailable log". just want to clarify things:

1. what cause the "unavailable log"?
2. should i re-submit the same imei for calculation?
3. can i redeem my used credits for this unsucessful log?

Unavailable Mean Your Code Not Available At This Time In AT&T Database. U Can Try This IMEI Under " Motorola Any Operator "

Its Auto As Your IMEI Unavailable U Are Refunded For That IMEI Same Time.
