We have a conversation through your live help chat about France SFR iPhone unlock. You have told me that if unlock wouldn't pass, i'll receive refund in my credit card back. Why my money is kept in your system? I don't need my money to be helded here, please remove from my account "amorphes" credits and refund my money back to my paypal account. They always do so. Credit back to your gsmfather account.
If you need refund to your paypal/creditcard you have to hunt the staff down alot, and demand it.

Hope you get it sorted out.
Try contact them also on their sonork id.

Yes they refund give back but you even not pay your dues !
