I don't know say what again,I had sent video proof for refund credit samsung i607.supported not respond my email and my posting,it is not about money/credit but it is about responsibility.....become 1st log server must have respond all customer that use ur service.

I payed for some credits a couple of months ago and never recieved them at all.I have tried to get hold of you numerous times but no luck.The phone number on your site doesnt work and I cant send a message.
I would like to recieve a refund so please contact me over this matter.

i dont know what you are saying. you got 200 credits 100+100 and used 163 and 37 is available now. if you sent payment after that than please forward paypal email to [email protected]

Yes that's correct, I then forgot my password, and tried numerous times for you to resend me my password, which failed. I then then signed up for another new account, and sent you a payment for 200 credits. *check you paypal account* payment sent from the same email address [email protected].

You replied to me saying that I couldn't create a new account with 200 credits, so I requested a refund, since that time I have not recieved that refund and have failed to respond to my communications.

Can i have my refund please?

It has taken us 7 months to get a response from you about a payment we sent you for a new user account. All we are asking is for a refund, and you are now offering to add these credits to our previous account.

We no longer require a new account to be created or wish to use your services, all we are asking for is for you to send us our payment of $312.90 we sent you back in august

Can it really be that difficult!!
