Network has relocked all the IMEI clean
This was not only with us but
Worldwide and if network relocked the phone.
We are not responsible.

Just do what we all did bro.
I added information in ordering rules&my site policy
add this information in your site ordering rules and you wont have any more problem with your clients about this:
