Hello,

I am unable to send money from Siliguri (West Bengal) state in your SBI account. Is there any other ways to send you the money? Can I send payments through Paytm, digibank, card to card transfer or any other ways? They say that they are unable to do transaction outside West Bengal in SBI. I tried to do online transaction but the name includes dot(.) in the middle so the transaction always becomes unsuccessful. Do you have any alternative account name which does not includes dot(.) in the middle? I do not have paypal. Please do reply soon. And please share contact number. I tried calling +91 99115 29999 but the phone is always rejected. You have a very bad response for your customers.
