Pending order is gone?!
 

Hello,
I have an IMEI that is pending, and when I logged in today there was not anything in pending IMEI (look in the picture)... How come it is like that? And no, the pending order is not done, it is still pending but not visible in the yellow square of pending orders..

you have 5 orders with them . one rejected and 3 finished and 1 is locked so total is 5... which is the order u just made . the status changes from pending to locked .

so it wont show in the pending orders . but it will show in ur total .

if u check order in process u gonna see it

But my question was, why the yellow square isnt showing 1 as pending. It did before, but today it disapeared.
Also the same time it was showing "pending" it was also "Locked".

Pending is not the same as locked . im having orders with them too . i made order yesterday .. its not in pending anymore its in locked . and as long as u see them in (( order in process )) what is ur problem ..

I KNOW that pending is not the same as locked...........
My problem is that it stated both PENDING (In the yellow square) and LOCKED at the same time before.
