pla chancel it or give code, customer very angree and he don´t be pacient,he will take his phone, saturday is last day he will wait,

i loose same way 20€ befor about 1-2 week´s for htc code after 4-5 day´s not comming customer take his phone, i write many time to u but not answer and u send me code,

wenn u give date pls give in this time codes or advice us ,
wenn we promiss customer 5-16 working days and code is after 20 days not there ,they stay for us and make problem . after he take phone and in end we have many problem and use money.
