Did a carrier check and it returned with UK Reseller Flex Policy

Can it be unlocked? which service should i select?

A little advice....1st try to put an o2 simcard, seems to be the cheapest uk service for unlock

I'm from New Zealand and customer bought this phone in from UK and I dont have any UK sim cards. what to do?

You must activate it with a UK card to make change on the Apple server.
My advice - get one or make one. Just get a test card and write IMSI on it.

As 'agentot' suggested I would start with O2 and see if it works.
