Ive been trying to unlock this unit but until now no code arrived...it is past 8 to 16 working days...please advice! and what is this lock icon means? Thanks!

lock icon means your request is still on process.maybe codes is delayed

Sir can you give the estimated time that my code will be available coz my customer is always asking about the status of his phone and I cannot release coz I have spend money for the logs...so please advice as soon as possible...thanks!
