Rejected by GSM father

Recently most of the sets rejected by GSM father server even i put the correct operators.Is there any prob in server?

Bcoz i put Blackberry storm and HTC shadow(2 nos) and NEC N500i
all those r rejected. Then i put one shadow in HTC by IMEI now i got the code. How is it possible?

ther is no problem in server, it is becuase if there is no code in database they server simply return as unavailable. For shadow you might have tried before with operator service, which some time can return as unavailable if there is no code with their database.
