as far as i know samsung factory code can not be wrong.
method to use is.
enter first. DEFREEZE=CODE8DIGIT
show error unsuccessful.its ok ignore it.
enter second. NETWORK=CODE8DIGIT
successful phone unlocked.

if still unsuccessful only then it can be wrong code or phone is tampered.

the phone is not tampered, neither rooted, it was new...
i did try defreeze codes and then unlock codes, but all says unsuccessfull, if you stated "no refund" and gives us fake codes, then i will call you a "cheater"

since i have been unlocking with gsmfather for a long time, i seek for supports, maybe you can ask or verify your supplier... but if you're rejecting us with simple statements as "no refund" then i will make a case and said you are cheating us...

because i never failed usually defreeze code will do allright when everything is fail..

so please VERIFY if you giving me the right codes?
i have tried defreeze codes 3 times and unlock codes 3 times, how many times i can try before it will "Hard Lock" and no more tries is allowed?

how can i see which locks level is inside this phone? so i know if i have to use provider, subprovider or network codes to unlock...

yes they can easily send us any codes and take easy money by saying no refunds... if unlock codes failed i can understand but when defreeze code is not working either i can't understand

better close all service for samsung if gsmfather is unsure about their own results...

how many attempts do we have, until the phone is "Hard Lock" like MEP 0 in BlackBerry, because if i damaged it, customer will ask me to pay for it

For samsung no such thing exist.(only if phone simlock is temper then it will not accept.)
nck code are limited to 10 try.
Once its reach to 10 must enter DEFREEZE code show always unsuccessful its ok.
Then enter NCK will accept even if counter is finish.

This applies to all new till date samsung.
