@ all, I am the one who created the account with that reseller account , i have no idea why credit was lost, i have sonork sunny about this trying to find out , while we still in the process od sorting it out , i am sorry to see negative finger pointing everywhere.

Sunny to me is trusted person, i also believe that you really lose the credit, if this is the only case, then i will replace a new account first.

hope this will stop this issue for the meantime, and am much regreted to see this happened and caused inconvenience to you and to sunny or livewire.
