yes im having problems with them too, i paid for att iphone unlocked,
when i emailed them and told them it wasnt unlocked, their response was

HELLO BRO ORDER VERIFY TIME 1 TO 7 DAY YOUR ORDER 3 MOUNTH OLD ORDER.
even though it doesn't show this anywhere when you order.

So it seems to be that it is ok for them to take your money, tell you your phone is unlocked and if its not, tough??
