What happens with GsmFather Service?

Always codes delivered in time, customers happy, ...

Now, always codes delay, credits delay.

Now in simple Siemens code.

24h max time! After 72h code delay, and the customer doubting of my ability!

Support Tickets answer in 2 days.

I dont understand!

How it can give a service that cannot fulfill?

Siemens can be delay some time like all other service as all depend on supplier response, for support ticket its not 2 days before but just some hour back and i read that and sent reminder to supplier, and was waiting for reply from supplier so i can be able to deliver code or refund depend on supplier response. And for adding credits you have to email [email protected] with payment details whenever you paid, this way it is fast. Credit refunded for siemens though i still not recieve response from supplier and code can come anytime.
