treo 750v cannot enter code - GSM-Forum

hi
i get unlock code last week,but the phone display
((you have tried 16 times,please wait untill timeout...))
i do hard reset and soft reset but still the same
also i keep the phone on for 4 days still no luck
so,any idea or any help to unlock the phone because the customer want his phone,and he give last chance till friday this week

Upgrade the rom and than put unaccepted sim and leave phone for some hours than you will be able to put unlock code. if you dont have new version than flash it with same version available.

put unaccepted sim card and leave phone for 1 day than check tommarow

now i think the only way to unlock is with Jic technology logs, you can purchase from Gsmfather client, it required 13 credits, it will directly unlock your 750 without having to enter code. If you dont have jic software than ask me ill upload it.

i dont have the software and also the usb cable
i upgrade the phone by using the memory card
that why i need to unlock the phone with code
can you help me?

as you can see phone already tried 16 times and you also upgrade the rom. now only way to unlock is with Jic logs, you must get usb cable from the customer to unlock this. it only take 5 minutes.

maybe u must wait more, i get one with same problem, but only 13 try then i wait between 10 and 15h and all ok.

maybe after 16 try u must wait more then 24h.

not possible to refund credits for this, do you think its our fault if phone cannot be unlocked? we are responsible to provide correct code and to help as much possible, but in case if it cannot be unlock than we cant refund credits as we dont get credits from supplier, only if it proved that provided code is wrong than only we get refund and can refund you as well. well ill refund you my profit from 1st code not the whole credit.

Make A Hard Reset .

Hard reset
If a soft reset doesn't solve your problem, you may need to perform a hard reset, which deletes all data on your device, including Outlook information and add-on applications.

Warning
Before performing a hard reset, please read the section below regarding what data is backed up during an ActiveSync synchronization and how to restore your data.
A hard reset deletes all information and third-party software on your smartphone.
Never perform a hard reset without first trying a soft reset.
You can restore previously synchronized information the next time you sync.
Some third-party applications do not create a backup on your computer when you synchronize. If you perform a hard reset, you may lose data in these applications and you will need to reinstall the application after the hard reset. Please contact the developer to find out which data is backed up during synchronization.
Why perform a hard reset?
A hard reset can tell you whether a persistent problem stems from your smartphone or from an application installed on it. If you do not experience the problem after you perform a hard reset, the problem may be related to software you installed.

How to perform a hard reset

If charging, disconnect your smartphone from its charger.
Take off the battery door, but don't take out the battery yet.
Press and hold Power/End .
While holding Power/End, remove the battery for approximately one second, then replace it while still holding Power/End.
When you see "Erase all data?" you can release Power/End. Press Up to confirm the hard reset.
If a language selection screen appears, pick the same language you use in your desktop software.

After Reset Enter Locked Sim With Fully Charged Battery ,Power It On And Take Phone Inside For 24 Hours .After 24 Hours Remove Battery And Insert It Then Check Is It Same Or Oki .

i do what you say several times
and each time i leave the phone more than 24 hours
always same thing
and if i have the USB cable ,i can unlock the phone free with CheetahUnlocker i use it before .
any way thanks for help,but i still dont believe that ,no solution for reset.
so if any body can send for me the pin out for USB cable
i will try another programs,may be the JIC logs or other
