T-Mobile UK SL3 too short codes

Operation ID 12861 T-Mobile United Kingdom - Nokia BB5 SL3

I received 2x15 digit codes but for this piece 20 digit codes are needed (new 5230). Sent for verification already (current codes were reported as wrong but error counter didn't change - this mean that code was too short). And one thing - add information about codes level (1-7) if there are more than one for nokia.

- supporters should add proper information about 20 digits code
- refund or sth

I will wait for supporters answer. Strange thing is that if codes aren't proper - where are they from - random?

Codes were verified as ok(?) - but HOW SHOULD I USE THEM!?!
2 x 15 digits code, but 20 digit needed. Any answer from supporters? Simply ignoring this case and give code which in my opinion are random generated?

when you select Tmobile UK or Vodafone UK or Orange Uk or any server which are Sl3 you will see we Note . 20 Digit Codes Not Supported .
and we not get refund for this issue . next time check with any box that phone have 15 or 20 digit code so it will help you for get problems

Show me ANY WORD TELLING ABOUT 20 digits code and/or 5230 model instead of selling bull$hits. I don't care if "other services" are supporting 20 digits codes or not - simply I don't give a f*uck. (sorry for that words but I just don't get it). I expected professional service. Screenshot is also made so there's no need to change in the hurry - proof is already saved.

And another case - if 20digits codes are not supported where are those 2 x 15 digits codes from?!? Calculated? Calculated from what? UFO - This is database service I think. Code not supported? Simply reject it like you've done it with Orange UK SE code.

Nearly a week and no answer. So simply you don't have balls to say that I was right? Ignore and hide? "So what that codes were wrong because I should have known the fact that "nobody" gives 20 digits code" - silly.

Service should be in fact database one (or maybe not?) so correct codes or nothing.

A least you didn't delete this thread and viewers have seen this case. (above 100 views). Treat this as warning.

we cannot write all models 1 by 1 which have 20 digits or not .. maybe you have new 5230 and we never have experience about this phone have 20 digit code ?

but what i can do favor for you . make video proof and send to me . i will process this to supplier and get refund for you . after can give you credits back ..

All users now see that 20 digits codes are not supported. Proper notification has already been added to every SL3 services @ gsmfather.in. At least my posts were usefull for it
