I have tried to unlock the said unit but the code is not working. Please advice coz my customer is now angry...what should I do. Thanks! Attached herewith is the screenshot of the code I request.

I have already send my IMEI for verification and my customer is now angry coz it takes alot of time for her to come at the shop and the unit is still not unlocked.
