Turnaround Time.. is it accurate ? - GSM-Forum

I see the turnaround time, is it calculated from the time you submit or from when the imei is locked on the system ?. I submitted some imei and even after the turnaround time has elapsed the IMEI is not locked ( which is not bad as I can cancel the code), but this affects the time which I tell my customer

Turnaround time is from the time you submit imei. if it is not locked after turnaround time is passed than this service is not working at present, may be you have requested a motorola imei or code from 3 uk or 3 australia or vodafone australia.

BB5 from Cingular. turnaround time was 72 hrs

it is becuase both service is down from over a month or more.
